Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating Reactors (TECWAR) provide the greatest area of electrode surface with the highest possible electrolysis efficiency.

The Anode (3) and Cathode (1) electrodes of ITWATER ETL Inc. Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating Reactors includes of tubular cylinders of Titanium with a patented 10-nanocoating layers by metals of Platinum group and other rare-earth metals to produce electrodes that last up to 10 years.

The Ceramic Membrane Barrier (2) separate the Acidic Ionized (Anode) Water from the Alkaline Ionized (Cathode) Water.

Unlike most of our competitors who don’t want their water technology known or copied, ITWATER ETL Inc. does not engage in mystery, or conceal the basic details of their water tubular reactor construction, since they want their customers to know the superior quality and durability of their water cells.

Our Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating Technology with Nano-coated surface modification technologies and patented ceramic membrane were developed and refined over the last 30 years by our scientists and protected by international patents and trade secrets.

Titanium is used in ITWATER ETL Inc. TECWAR for its resistance to corrosion and the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal.

To date, no competitor has developed a Tubular Reactors that is equal to ITWATER ETL Inc.’s Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating Reactors.Korean & Chinese commercial water ionizers use flat cell technology since they have not perfected a round water cell that works properly.

Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating reactors which is robust and durable, with the electrodes lasting up to 10 years instead of flat water cells having to be replaced in as little as 6 months.
  • The serpentine maze of electrodes and membrane barriers in flat water cells are more prone to accumulation of scale and blockage from hardness minerals, with a flat water cell more difficult to fully clean with acid flushing.By contrast, ITWATER ETL Inc. Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating reactors offer the following advantages:
  • Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating Reactor produces a massive amount of ionized water versus the limitations of a flat water cell.
  • Both the Cathode & Anode Electrodes and membrane barriers in Tubular electrochemical water activating reactor consist of cylindrical tubes with a smooth inner surface that is much easier to keep free of scale than the multiple electrode plates and barrier membranes in a flat water cell.
  • While both tubular and flat water cells use Reverse Polarity as an Automatic Self-Cleaning Feature, its effectiveness in a flat water cell is limited by the multiple plates and membranes that are in close proximity to one another which can become blocked through the build-up of scale

  • ITWATER ETL Inc. Tubular Electrochemical Water Activating Reactors do not require acid flushing as often as do flat water cells.
