Terms and Regulations

  • Please make sure that you choose your product carefully and take advantage of our full service offers.

  • Please ask our design team any questions that are appropriate and related to the product or service

  • Always measure the space where you plan on placing the furniture.

  • Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. The measurement of your space is your responsibility.

  • XOMART.COM is not responsible for wrong measurements taken by the customers, real-estate agents, and designers.

  • All boxes are to be inspected at time of delivery.

  • By signing the delivery paper you acknowledge that all the product packaging is in good condition.

  • Unless noted otherwise. Any cancellation of orders past seventy-two (72) hours of placement will not be accepted.

  • If a customer does not agree to take possession of a new product, which is not damaged, defective, or missing items, a credit will be issued to that customer in the value of the original product purchased minus the 20% restocking fee.

  • A replacement product will be shipped once the damaged item is returned to the manufacturing warehouse.

  • This store credit is good for exactly one (1) year from the date of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging.

  • Special order items may NOT be returned. This includes items that were not in stock, and items that were created by the manufacturer to fulfill your order



If you are reporting damaged, missing, or defective goods, a replacement unit or replacement parts will be provided, at our discretion, but you must adhere to the following two rules in order to receive a replacement unit or replacement parts:

1) All goods which are damaged, defective, or missing must be noted to XOMART.COM & made PRIOR to installation & assembly otherwise, replacements will not be granted

2) You MUST report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 24 hours from the delivery date. It is important that you INSPECT all items, and its packaging, at the time of receipt from the shipping company. If you see damage to the items/packaging, you MUST note all the damages on the delivery slip, before the driver leaves. Your order will not be refunded or replaced if this is not completed. Please call Customer Service at 800-341-6727 for replacement instructions and/or any questions or concerns regarding the policies discussed herein.

When Filing a CLAIM for damaged delivered product, one MUST have a noted of damage BOL/DELIVERY confirmation.(if the damage is not noted on the BOL/DELIVERY slip we CAN'T file a claim). (PLEASE NOTE: INSPECT ALL FURNITURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.) Ensure that you have taken Pictures of the damage.

A replacement product will be shipped once the damaged item is returned to the manufacturing warehouse.


  • XOMART.COM accepts cancellation of orders within seventy-two (72) hours of the original order date and time. After 72 hours, all sales are FINAL and no refund of money will be given.

  • Once the order is placed and shipped, items can only be exchanged for store credit or replaced due to defective parts, missing items, or damage of goods.

  • There are no returns or refunds on sale items only exchanges. See below for more details. For questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at 800-341-6727


  • You may return an item within seven (7) days, if you are not satisfied, in exchange for store credit of the original value of the item purchased minus a 20% restocking fee. All returned merchandise, under this policy, must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied (as this fee is charged to XOMART.COM by the vendors).

  • Customers are responsible for shipping all items back, at their own expense, to XOMART.COM or XOMART.COM partner warehouses. XOMART.COM is not responsible for mis-assembly of the goods by the client and/or any damage to the goods while client is attempting SELF-assembly.


  • XOMART.COM gives a 1 years warranty, express or implied, on any items sold in our store. Everything is sold new and transactions beyond the seventy-two (72) cancellation deadline are FINAL.

  • We may, at our discretion, replace minor parts within one (1) year of the purchase date. Please call Customer Service at 800-341-6727 for replacement instructions and/or any questions or concerns regarding the policies discussed herein.


We ship anywhere in the continental US to commercial and residential addresses, and require 3-5 business days to pull items from stock and prepare shipment. Depending on the vendors, shipments may take one (1) to two (2) weeks. All products are shipped directly from the distribution warehouse.

  • Shipping to Canada

    XOMART.COM will collect all taxes required by Canadian Federal and Provincial Governments. An additional handling fee of $250.00 for border crossing will be added to any order shipping to Canada. Some goods are subject to an additional 9.5% Duty Tax.* International Orders are subject to cancellation.

  • Tracking an Order

    You must be logged in to your account to check the status of an order. If you did not create an account you cannot view the order status through the website. Once logged in, Click view Order Status. There you can see all of the information regarding each order you have placed. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier. Please note: The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
